Gold and silver prices surged on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) on Wednesday, April 10, 2024.

Gold futures, expiring on June 5, 2024, reached Rs 71,456 per 10 grams on the MCX, marking a rise of Rs 116 or 0.16 percent from the previous session’s close of Rs 71,340.

Simultaneously, silver futures, expiring on May 3, 2024, experienced an uptick of Rs 290 or 0.35 percent, with prices hitting Rs 82,740 per kilogram on the MCX, compared to the prior close of Rs 82,450.
